Meet The Family
At the heart of our business is Zachery Willis, a self-taught meat processor with years of hands-on experience from processing his own meat to working in butcher shops. In October 2020, Zachery purchased the processing facility at 101 S Grand in Paonia, making his vision a reality with the help of his family.
Beyond the facility, Zach and his family runs a small farm with chickens and other animals. Our commitment to quality food and sustainable farming has fostered strong connections with local farmers, ranchers, and wild game outfitters throughout the region.
